M3M Smartworld is among the most scrutinised luxury residential developments in the NCR — where every finish, every joint, and every material is held to an extraordinary standard. The MEP zones required ceiling access panels that could completely disappear into the ceiling plane. Skyhatch supplied Zenith+ — its world-first, fully custom multi-shutter system — to give the project access panels that matched the scale of the HVAC zones while maintaining the architectural language of the interiors.

Multi-Shutter Configuration
Each access zone was fitted with Zenith+ multi-panel shutters (2–3 panels per opening), allowing shutters to slide fully to one side for 100% unobstructed access to HVAC and MEP services above.
Custom Size Fabrication
Every opening was bespoke fabricated to suit the exact MEP zone dimensions — no standard sizes used. Skyhatch's unique on-site fabrication capability allowed precise final sizing after structural hand-over.
Security & Safety
Allen key locking on every shutter panel. Steel wire retention prevents any shutter from falling free — mandatory for premium residential occupancy safety compliance.
Ceiling Finish Integration
Shutters received matching infill material — MR gypsum with the same paint/texture as surrounding ceiling field — resulting in panels that are nearly invisible to residents.
Structural Support
For openings exceeding 1200mm, MS threaded rod hangers and flat butterfly hangers were installed from building slab, providing structural rigidity for the large aluminium frame system.
Greenpro Certified Supply
All Zenith+ panels supplied carry Greenpro Type 1 Ecolabel certification — contributing to the project's green building compliance requirements with 100% recyclable aluminium construction.
