1. Eligibility for Returns

- Product received is damaged during transit
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defect found in the product
- Product is unused and in original packaging
Any return request must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.

- Customized or made-to-order products

- Products damaged due to improper handling or installation
- Clearance or special-discount items (if applicable)

To request a return, customers must:

- Share clear images/videos of the issue
- Wait for return approval from SKYHATCH
Approved returns will receive further instructions regarding pickup or shipping.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only after inspection and approval of the returned product.
If approved:
- Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or bank account
- Processing time may take 7–14 business days
- Shipping and handling charges may be non-refundable unless the error was from our side

In eligible cases, SKYHATCH may offer:

instead of a refund, depending on the issue.
6. Damaged Shipments
If the package appears damaged during delivery:
- Please inspect the package before accepting it
- Report visible damage immediately to the delivery partner and SKYHATCH
- Claims raised after acceptance without evidence may not be eligible
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped or customized production has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
8. Limitation of Liability
SKYHATCH shall not be responsible for:
- Delays caused by logistics partners
- Damage due to improper installation or misuse
- Indirect or consequential losses related to product usage
